This is a recently started project for a small, fast and bugs-free browser. I'm writing it in Assembler for two reasons - to learn Windows API, and to produce small and fast code. Its interface is MDI with a "task-bar" for the opened pages. There will be built-in clients for FTP, HTTP, download manager, e-mail, Usenet news, ICQ (and later AOL, MSN, Yahoo). The main advantages are: banners will be killed, no FLASH-animation and sound, no pop-up windows, for each page the appropriate encoding (Win-1251, KOI-8R, KOI-8U ) may be selected. At sum, all things will be done as they have to be done, and no 3rd party code from no sucking DLLs will be used!
Since the project is at the beginning, the downloaded file is not a functional browser, but you can see how it looks. If you wish to join the project, e-mail me.
You must also download the file "win32inc.zip", which is on the "Assembler" page - it contains many (but not all) of the Windows headers, translated from C.

The number of supported protocols is exciting, but I didn't tested.
